Hourly Rates
Our hourly rate framework
For matters that are not charged on a fixed or staged fee basis — including Family Law, civil litigation and other time-spent work — our hourly rates depend on the experience and seniority of the person dealing with your matter, and typically range from £210 to £579 per hour + VAT (charged at 20%).
We will agree the appropriate rate and fee structure with you at the outset, provide a written estimate based on the evidence and circumstances of your case, and keep you informed should anything change as the matter progresses.

Hourly rates are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at 20%.
Disbursements (additional costs)
Disbursements and expenses are not included in our hourly rates. Depending on the nature of your case, additional costs may include court fees, barrister's fees, expert reports, interpreter fees, mediator's fees or travel expenses.
We will keep you informed of all anticipated disbursements at each stage and obtain your authority before incurring costs on your behalf. If VAT is applicable to any disbursement, it is usually charged at 20%.
Persons Responsible for the Work
The work will be undertaken by members of our team under the supervision of Rakesh Prajapati, a senior solicitor with 10+ PQE, who retains overall responsibility for your matter.
