EU Settlement Scheme
The EU Settlement Scheme allows EU, EEA and Swiss citizens, and their family members, to protect their right to live, work and study in the UK after Brexit.

Settled and Pre-Settled Status
Settled status gives EU, EEA and Swiss citizens indefinite leave to remain in the UK, while pre-settled status is a temporary form of leave for those with shorter UK residence.
