Frontier Worker Permit
About Frontier Worker Permit
The Frontier Worker Permit is for EU, EEA and Swiss citizens who work in the UK but primarily live in another country. To qualify, you must have been working or self-employed in the UK before the end of the Brexit transition period and continue to do so on a regular basis. The rules around continuity of work, retained worker status and the pattern of cross-border activity can be complex. RakLAW assesses your work history and prepares a permit application that reflects your true working pattern.
