Vikrant has significant knowledge of drafting Asylum and Human Rights applications and supporting documentation, including complex matters on Political Asylum, Religious Asylum, Asylum for Members of Particular Social Groups, Further Submissions, EUSS, FLRs, Citizenship Applications, Organ donor visa applications and other visa categories. Vikrant has also prepared grounds of appeal, pre-action protocol letters, and legal representations in human rights and judicial review matters.
