From Paralegal to Legal Advisor
Mudit Kundlia joined RakLAW Solicitors as a Paralegal, a role which he accumulated experience in and has now grown into a Legal Advisor. He deals with clients on complex immigration matters.
Immigration and Human Rights
At RakLAW, Mudit deals with a wide range of immigration and human rights matters, including asylum claims, complex human rights applications (particularly under Articles 3 and 8 ECHR), entry clearance, tribunal proceedings, and leave to remain applications. He has a particular focus on post-decision challenges and appeals, including First-tier and Upper Tribunal appeals, Administrative Review applications, Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) correspondence, and Judicial Review matters, supporting clients with detailed legal strategy, research, drafting, and case preparation.
Qualifications
Mudit has developed strengths in legal research, drafting key legal documents, negotiation, litigation preparation, and case management. Mudit holds an LLM (Distinction) in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution from City, University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) from BPP University, London.
About Mudit
Outside of his legal practice, Mudit is passionate about community service and access to justice, particularly supporting initiatives that advocate for socially disadvantaged groups, including women and children. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and travelling.
