Disbursement:

Disbursements and expenses are not included in our fixed fees or hourly rates. Additionally, Home Office fees are separate from our fees, and a detailed breakdown can be found here. Depending on the complexity and nature of your case, there may also be additional costs such as barrister fees, expert reports, interpreter fees, and court fees. These will be charged separately, and further details are available upon request.

We assess the number of hours required for your case based on the evidence and circumstances you provide. If your matter proceeds to court, you may be liable for court fees, and the cost of instructing a barrister will depend on the nature of your application and the barrister’s experience. We will always inform you of these costs beforehand. Travel expenses, mileage for attending hearings or interviews, and any other relevant disbursements may also apply.
